Scheduling & business automation

A little less busywork.
A better way to work.

Practical systems for the appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups that fill your day. Built around the way your business works.

Let’s talk about your business

Start with one task
that takes too much time.

We’ll work out what a better process could look like.

01 / What we do

Make the everyday
easier to manage.

We design and set up workflows that give your team less to chase and a clearer view of what needs attention.

01

Scheduling that keeps moving.

Collect availability, coordinate appointment requests, and offer canceled slots to people waiting for an earlier visit. Your team approves changes where needed.

02

A clear next step for every inquiry.

Organize incoming questions, gather the details your team needs, and prepare follow-ups so conversations are easier to pick up and continue.

03

Less repetition behind the scenes.

Turn routine information into useful summaries, reminders, and tasks. We check what your existing tools support before proposing anything new.

In development / Earlier

An opening.
An earlier appointment.

Earlier is our appointment-recovery concept: a simple way to connect a newly available slot with someone who wants it.

02 / Our approach

A practical place to start.

01 — UNDERSTAND

Look at the work.

We talk through the task, your current tools, and where the back-and-forth happens.

02 — DEFINE

Keep the scope clear.

Agree on one useful workflow, the connections it needs, and what a successful pilot would look like.

03 — IMPLEMENT

Test it with your team.

Build, review, and refine the process before launch, with clear handoffs and an agreed support plan.

A few useful details.

Will we need to replace our current software?

That depends on your tools. We first check their existing features and integration options. The proposal will explain what can connect, what needs to change, and any additional costs.

Does everything run automatically?

No. We agree on which steps can run automatically and which need a person’s approval. Your team should know what the system is doing and when it needs their input.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the workflow, integrations, and ongoing support. After an initial conversation, you’ll receive a defined scope and quote before implementation begins.

03 / Get in touch

What’s taking up
too much of your day?

Tell me a little about your business and the task you’d like to simplify. We can start there.
